Privacy and delivery

The governance desk does not ask for your name, email address or contact details. Your choices remain in browser memory unless you deliberately print them or ask to send a completed basket to admin@uquantum.uk.

When you send a basket

The selected state, your answers, the generated governance outcome, a submission identifier and the time of submission are emailed to Heritage Commons Lab. The receiving mailbox retains that email according to its administrative retention practice. Sending a basket does not grant permission, transfer rights or authorise production.

If the connection fails

After you request delivery, the completed basket may be held temporarily on that workstation so it can be retried when the connection returns. It is removed after successful delivery and expires automatically after 24 hours. This queue is for delivery only and is not research logging.

Technical protection

The website sends the basket through a protected server endpoint. Postmark provides email delivery. The browser never receives the Postmark server token or mailbox password. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used.

Your choice

You can use the governance desk without printing or emailing anything. Resetting the session clears the current answers from the screen.
